Text Box: With over 20 years experience directly related to manufacturing metal products Mark Spear developed significant, in house machining capabilities.  Currently he is designing and manufacturing precision parts and components for various industries, including the design, development, and manufacture of hardware for in house projects.

Mr. Spear holds a BT of Engineering degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.  His industrial background includes numerous positions of responsibility.  As a project engineer, he was responsible for the production line start up on a $5 million automotive steering knuckle product line.  In a manufacturing engineering capacity, Mr. Spear was the sole technical support for over 100 second shift production shop employees over a five year period.  His wide range of experience also includes such positions as tooling specialist, CADD designer, NC programmer, tool crib supervisor, rate setter, and DNC administrator.
